They are the biggest ****mers of note. Do not make contact. They require an upfront fee then refuse to take calls or messages. The person that calls himself the boss is an arrogant and rude person. Charges people up to R3000 and no loan

Capfin refuse to refund after account was settled and did not cancel debit order
I did settled my account. It is paid in full. Capfin confirmed that my account was paid in full via sms and customer care and they stil deducted my debit order from my bank after the account was paid off. I did call Capfin and requested a refund for the amount of R3444 which they debited me unlawfully as the account was paid in full. This morning I received a phone call and they want a proof of payment. They already have all proof and they don't want to refund me.

Capfin refuse to refund after account was settled and did not cancel debit order
I did settled my account. It is paid in full. Capfin confirmed that my account was paid in full via sms and customer care and they stil deducted my debit order from my bank after the account was paid off. I did call Capfin and requested a refund for the amount of R3444 which they debited me unlawfully as the account was paid in full. Good Day I got these guy on internet by the name of Bongani Zikhali helping people getting loans even if they don't qualify, I paid him R5500 but still didnt get a loan asked several times for my refund with no luck.. Paid up letter
Have been calling to get a paid up letter on my loan account which was settled on the 26th March, they told me they won't be able to close the account until I receive my refund, now I'm calling them since I received my refund to send me the paid up letter everyone is telling me that they will transfer my call to legal department after telling them that I always struggling to get to that department. Im tired of this legal department their service is so awful i can't wait for the whole month trying to get a paid up letter, there are some other other urgent staff that I need to do with that letter . FNB is so disgusting nx
