I have a complaint. Yesterday evening I purchased chicken leg quarters at Spar Manaba. When I want to cook it, is was completely rotten and stink. I took the chicken back this evening, but i did not keep the slip. (I did not expect to take it back). I did speak to the Manager on Duty. Lerato was on her name tag, she refuse to refund or exchange it without a slip. I ask her to give me back the chicken that I paid for so that I can take it to the Department of Health at Ug municipality to test it in the lab. She had one he'll of a attitude. I ask for the owners number, she and it was also refused. Clearly she is in the wrong position to deal with customers.
I did apply for a netstar tracking unit. The contract was created. Up to now, nobody contacted me for the installation of the unit. I tried to call, no answer. I send several emails, come back and says, message has been blocked. This morning I send another email, to hear when the unit will be install. What is the problem with netstar? Do they have to many customers or are they not want our business? Netstar management, I want answers today, or you cancel your contract and I find another tracking company. Ca Van Wyk. Worst service ever. No communication at all. Rica docs was posted as requested. R249 was deducted from our bank account. I have a proof of payment. But they said they did not get the money. They try to deduct another R249 which they are not authorized to do. I want my service connected and simcard to be delivered. Will not hesitate to open a ***** case against webafrica. I paid for a service what we did not recieved
Very bad company to do business with. I did purchase a phone from Intellicell. All the documents was in place. First the query about a third party delivery, then the home delivery. When they at last there to deliver the phone then they want a bank card after a Debi check was authorized well in advance. The driver was very rude and refuse to deliver. After numerous phone calls and emails, which I have copies. Seems there is no communication between branches and the drivers. I want to bring this matter to the attention with the ceo, but they refuse to bring me in touch with him
I have been at Steers at Inanda road at total truckport on the N2 towards the airport. Wanted a toasted king steer burger, because I am allergic to sesame seed. I wanted an extra egg on burger as well. I was told they cannot do that because they have to stick to the menu. They cannot provide egg because that is part of breakfast which end on 11h00 in the morning. I was not served at all. This is a ongoing problem at this store. It seems that there is only a certain group of people that they serve at this outlet. Very disappointed.
I ordered meteor shower lights from this company. It was paid in full. No communication at all. Did not received my order neither a tracking number. I really think this company is a big scam. Shame on you
I did inquire from Rona at Ciro coffee in Bloemfontein for training on barista coffee. Up to today, nobody contacted me. It seems they are not interested in small businesses
Most pathetic service ever. I expect a parcel to be delivered today. I called The Courier Guy in Virginia. Nobody answered the phone. I called the Wrlkom Branch. No answer. Then I called Johannesburg. They answered and transfer my call to Virginia. The lady on the phone was not helpful at all and very arrogant. Will never do any business with the Courier Guy at all in the future.
I purchased a lounge suite from beares welkom. It was delivered. The quality was very bad and the machine parts was broken. I canceled the deal and bought another set which was more expensive. When they delivered the 2nd set, exactly the same problem exsist. They exchanged the couch after 1 week. (After a complaint). This month I received 2 statements for set 1 and set 2 and debit order went off for the 1 st set witch was canceled well as the the second set. This is really unacceptable. I called Beares in Welkom and they said the 1st set was canceled as well as the debit order. Which was not done at all
Order Mak3836340 placed on 29 August 2022. Did not received it yet. 2 to 5 days past already. Always the same problem and nobody is doing something to improve your service
