I ordered my vehicle license renewal on 20 August I still haven’t received it, I have been sending WhatsApp and emails they don’t bother to respond to my query.. It is so annoying that payment has not been done as I usually received it on the 25 and today is the 28. What annoys me most is that they dont even notify me if there will be a delay on the payment but they have my contact details. Schools fees have due dates for payments and they are failing to have a consistent date, even if you call them they will tell you that they will come back to you but they won't its so annoying and frustrating. Their service is so annoying and unprofessional.
They are so annoying in more than 2 months they are not updating their records. This is so unprofessional and disgusting, we pay our accounts for them to update on a monthly basis, they need to improve their service

FNB is so disgusting they told me I will get my Paid up letter within 10 working days but still have not received one. Their service is so unbearable.
Have been calling fnb for the paid up letter its so annoying that they will transfer me to legal department knowing that their lines are not working its almost 2 weeks, fnb is so disgusting they dont understand the urgency of assisting their client im sick and tired of time i can't be waiting the whole year for e mere paid up realy nx
Have been calling to get a paid up letter on my loan account which was settled on the 26th March, they told me they won't be able to close the account until I receive my refund, now I'm calling them since I received my refund to send me the paid up letter everyone is telling me that they will transfer my call to legal department after telling them that I always struggling to get to that department. Im tired of this legal department their service is so awful i can't wait for the whole month trying to get a paid up letter, there are some other other urgent staff that I need to do with that letter . Called fnb on the 19th of February requesting a settlement letter, I was told it will take 72hrs but still have not received it. What a poor service they are not considering the clients request as urgency which selfish

I have been calling DirectAxis to enquire about my settlement letter for my account but I can't get any assistance. I even sent them an e-mail 2 weeks ago for assistance but they are failing, I really don't know what to do im so frustrated at this moment
