Damaging and not willing to repair

One of your drivers with a Toyota Quantum drove into my vehicle. The driver admitted fault, camera footage is also available as he also got out of his vehicle and did not pull up his handbrake which cause his vehicle to roll into ours. Now suddenly he got someone from your office to phone us and tell us that you wont be repairing my vehicle and that I must rather try taking you to court.

I expect this matter to be resolved ASAP
