One of your drivers with a Toyota Quantum drove into my vehicle. The driver admitted fault, camera footage is also available as he also got out of his vehicle and did not pull up his handbrake which cause his vehicle to roll into ours. Now suddenly he got someone from your office to phone us and tell us that you wont be repairing my vehicle and that I must rather try taking you to court. I expect this matter to be resolved ASAP
Good day, I have app**** for a new contract. The phones have arrived today, but no Pick and Pay Voucher. The deal included a free phone and a PnP voucher. No voucher received and no one can provide answers. I have spoken to numerous consultants and everyone has been giving me the run around. Please urgently get back to me??
Since they have appointed the new team in July 2023, alot has improved. Turnaround times, updates and quality of workmanship
So here I am once again... So this service provider decided to take my "payment" twice within a matter of 4 days. The money has gone off since the start at the end of the month. Due my previous complaint about incorrect debit order dates - THEY changed my debit order date to the 1st. Now I paid twice... Once again, they do not want to refund me after taking my money TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now they have this BULL#### story that I am a post-paid client which I never was before. I never had a issue with Rain, but suddenly there are a BUNCH of clowns "trying" to assist and actually not doing a thing. I expect my payment to be reversed today still. As I mentioned - I paid 4 days ago.
They deduct money on the incorrect dates... Taking my grocery money, because of their greedines. I am almost certain the company wont close down by waiting until the AUTHORISED date for payment. I want my money back today still. And trying to get through to ghe call centre is pointless. Logging calls... You will wait until they have time. But they dont wait to take money
I am unable to reach MTN to proceed with a cancellation of one of my contracts. I have been phoning numerous times and no success - I even held onto the line yesterday for an hour - after speaking to someone, they decided to cut me off and haven't even attempted to phone me back. Either there is no answer or I get cut off. Urgently phone me!!!
We ordered pizza on 2022/03/25 and waited for 2 and a half hours for our food from Phillip Nel Park. We had a kids sleepover at our house so we decided to get pizza as its the quicker way, but needless to say... The kids went to bed before the pizza got to us. We reported the incident to the Call Centre and still up to date, waiting for feedback from the store. The store was already closed by the time that the delivery guy stopped at our house. And this was not the first time either!
A consultant came to see me at my workplace to explain a product - i gave him my details but asked for someone to call me and discuss the necessary. Then suddenly there was a premium deduction. Not even the amount that the guy came to market. But even more. I sent 3 request for them to pay my money back and still nothing! I even disputed and stopped the first premium on my banking app and yet they did it again. I want my money back!!
Unit was installed from the 17th up until now and Tracker can't confirm if the vehicle is stolen that it will be working. Debit order went off but still have a faulty unit. The whole purpose of this is to get piece of mind but that can't be provided
I did a upgrade on my MTN contract... I am only available on the main number of the contract and not the upgraded number, but yhey refuse to phone me on a alternative number. This was verified with MTN so I can't even see what the problem is. I want this matter to be sorted by tomorrow and the phone delivered as this is getting ridiculous. If I miss a call and phone back, there is no answer. I asked my daughter to see if ahe could get hold of you to notify that I am available after which if was refused to call me once again
