My complaint is sometimes a person haven't got money on you then you try call to them for instant you want to claims department then they say hang on by the time they come back your air time is up then they don't try to call you back that's my point it can be urgent too think about it please

Bad service and incorrect information provided
Xolisile seems to not know what she is doing she just told me wrong information about my profile and seemed to not care. It’s very important that people who get hired know what they doing and they actually willing to atleast to pretend that they love their job I called the contact center and she told me my information doesn’t appear on the system whereas the other lady I spoke to was very helpful and I will be rating her service. Xolisile if you do not like what you are doing please stay home and give the unemployed a change to work.
