Only the begging of the year and already we starting on a bad service . I’ve requested for assistance since Saturday regarding connection and only to be assisted Monday afternoon. The issue has not been resolved till now and no one is bothering to even check mind you we have never missed a premiums….its good this happens the beginning of the year maybe it’s Time we GIGO now we can’t tolerate such while paying for services.
Oh what a bad company I have to deal with… they will only attend to the query if I report them.we had scheduled for a router pick up last Tuesday and we had agreed on the time and day and all of a sudden their driver calls me at 6 am ??!!! What mockery is that?? Didn’t o mention we are available after 2???? Secondly they call me and want to come on the time that is convenient for them what’s that???? Are we only important when you only want services??? I want my name out of your data base and I want you to come collect the router as agreed after 2pm that’s the only thing I’ll be home, you fail to service your customers but quick to sell your product n not take care of your clientele. I’ll never ever recommend Rain to anyone
The worst. When I took out the account I was told it’s a month to month a couple of months back I asked to cancel and they did not . I haven’t been using their services but they have the audacity to tell me I owe them 5k that’s madness. I wouldn’t recommend Rain to anyone they are *********** and their consultants are arrogant
I had a very very bad experience buying food Alinah who was working at the drive thru had the audacity to tell us we waiting time by checking our order was correct. She even clicked her tongue while speaking to us. She doesn’t posses customer service etiquette and does not represent the brand properly. People like her deserve to give people who actually need a job and would appreciate their customers. To top it off she gave us the wrong order because she wanted to get it over and done with like she doesn’t like her job. It’s people like her that makes us hate buying take always because of the service we receive. Alinah you can do better mama.i mean smiling more often will make your face pretty remember that cos you don’t have a friendly face.
My family and I went for dinner at Billy G monte….my gosh I never got so sick when I got home. I was ****tingand vomitting the whole day. almost . I am in bed as I right my review can’t do anything , I’m weak. I just hope the food was fresh because there’s no way I was that sick. Also where you take the left over to cos I believe the only explanation we experienced this was cos of the food was not fresh. We had a very very bad experience and I’m definitely not going back there.
Xolisile seems to not know what she is doing she just told me wrong information about my profile and seemed to not care. It’s very important that people who get hired know what they doing and they actually willing to atleast to pretend that they love their job I called the contact center and she told me my information doesn’t appear on the system whereas the other lady I spoke to was very helpful and I will be rating her service. Xolisile if you do not like what you are doing please stay home and give the unemployed a change to work.
I had a very very bad service, I went to SARS Vereeniging on the 2nd October to submit the outstanding documents as requested and I did and I was told that my profile will be updated after 21days…cool I called in today to find out if everything is okay as I don’t want to be behind only to find out that the consultant who was assisting me did not even upload my documents. This is sad because if i had to wake up early stand In the que to get assisted and only to find out that I went there for nothing. I will be going back to get clarity on this and if I won’t be assisted I will be going to the ombudsman to escalate the matter. Maybe it’s time that the old employees go on pension as it seems that they no longer interested in assisting us the correct manner
Oh what a **** of a company. I app**** for a sales position and they said the salary is 11k I was called. For in interview but only to find out they pay basic of 5k. They made us sign employment offers but when it came to signing contracts they said we must write a grievance stating we did not get proper training otherwise we won’t sign the contract. They have a personal vendetta against Nathan the trainer now they wanted to us that against us. We went there looking for employment only to find out it’s just a **** if a company tarnishing Discovery’s name as they selling their products.
The worst especially when it comes to their employees or former employees. I had requested for my SARS documentation to be forwarded to me From Prada but she didn’t even bother. Not only that they just can’t take care of their employees completely they only care about management. What a bad reputation they have when it comes to their staff.
I had a very bad service at Sanlam Vereeniging. I was told I will wait 6 hours to be assisted with my query….imagine 6 hours??? Maki Mo***eng the agent in that branch is very rude and doesn’t not posses the values of the company…sanlam you can do better honestly
