Don't want to repair Vehicles under Warranty. Terrible service.

Took in my 2024 Ford Ranger This morning...22 March 2025... with a Turbo issue and Check engine light.

Service advisor Francious Told me that they Can only assist me on 22 April 2025. Or i can leave the car there and they will attend to it on a "when we get time" Basis.

I then told the service advisor that this is a working vehicle and is used to make an income, i cannot wait a month or leave it there for an extended period of time.

He told me those are my options.

I was Flabbergasted and found this unacceptable, i phoned Ford Bryanston where i bought my Car...they told me to bring it in.

After inspection i was advised it would take about 45 mins to fix and it is a known recall on the boost pipe.

They got the car sorted in no time and could not believe the vast difference in service.

Even though Consolidated Auto is the closest dealership to me they will not get any Business from me going forward...i will rather sit the hour in Traffic to Bryanston than do anything through consolidated auto again.
