CRF bad at assisting their members

On the 2nd of March 2026 i app**** to withdraw 2pot om th CRF app. My savings component was R29000. I submitted all documents as requested. Om the 3rd my application shows not validated and then I could not log in again until today 4th March. Now my savings component show R17000 instead of R29000. I emailed CRF, I send the messages on whatsapp and email but with no reply. I tried to submit again and now it say another application in process for the fax year but my application show not validated. CRF is so bad at assisting us when we email them.
