On the 2nd of March 2026 i app**** to withdraw 2pot om th CRF app. My savings component was R29000. I submitted all documents as requested. Om the 3rd my application shows not validated and then I could not log in again until today 4th March. Now my savings component show R17000 instead of R29000. I emailed CRF, I send the messages on whatsapp and email but with no reply. I tried to submit again and now it say another application in process for the fax year but my application show not validated. CRF is so bad at assisting us when we email them. Today I have ordered some products for my trip at 08:21 am and I selected time to be delivered between 2 om and 1 pm. After 1 pm I phone the store and spoke with the manager Mustafa and he promised I will have my items delivered before 2 30 pm. I phone again at 15: 30 and was told by Mustafa my order is only going to be delivered tomorrow because on their system the delivery time shows the next day. I told him I selected 12pm to 13:00 pm. I went on the app to confirm my time I selected. Now I can't leave for holiday because my order was not delivered. When I phoned the manager again he promised he will try and get the order by me before 5pm. This is my first time using Checkers sixty sixty and this experience was so bad. I will never order from Baywest Checkers ever again. They have poor customer service after giving me three different stories . Firstly they don't have drivers. Secondly they have alot of orders. Thirdly my order show delivery date tomorrow. 6
After posting a review on Hello Peter today with less then two hours I received a call from Robyn at Prime Loans. She apologized and rectified my account. Within minutes she emailed me my paid up letter. Thanks Robyn for your assistance and kindness. The level you handled the situation over the phone was so satisfied to me. We need more people like you in our corporate world.
On the 2nd September I received a phone call and whatsapp message from a consultant from Prime Loans regarding my loan. I was told I can get a discount and I must pay R1400 before 13th September. I paid the R1400 on the 3rd September 2025. I keep getting phone calls and messages that I have outstanding amount. I have whatsapp messages of the consultants conversation where she told me my discount amount is R1400. This is a useless company. Fix thus problem or I will do a formal complaint at the Ombudsman and NCR.
One account was sold to 3rd party which is DMC. I disputed this account with VCC and the dispute was in my favor. I was informed the account will be removed. Since then I have send several emails to DMC with a section 609 letter requesting them to validate the account. DMC can't validate the account and refuse to remove the account from my credit profile. I have send several emails to Experian as well where I raised a dispute. DMC in return rather keep sending me sms's to make arrangements. I know this is a tactic from them to let me acknowledge this debt. I have chatted on whatsapp with DMC and I informed them that I do not acknowledge this account. They still refusing to remove the account from my name. To the public if you get a call from DMC for debt, please do not acknowledge the debt.
I was called y a consultant to take out a explorer with on air tv which I did. When the decoder was delivered I noticed that someone else's name Surname and I'd number was on the invoice with my address. I called them to informed them . The decoder was collected by the courier company a few days ago. On Friday I received a call from on air. The lady said she will direct my call to their billing department because my banking details is under someo else's name. I do not understand why and how. I hold for a whole hour for the billing department to answer the call and delete my banking details from this person account because I will be paying dstv for someone else. Up untill today they did nit sort out their mess and I am worried that the debit order will go off be a use the person who phoned me kast Friday confirmed that my banking details are under someo else's name. Is this a **** because I will leave no stone unturned if I must be billed for someone else.
They contact me to take out explorer which I agree because R279 is affordable. The explorer was deliverd by a courier and not a technician to do installation of the explorer. When I phone then they told me to buy the outside dish and then get someone to do the installation. This is a pathetic company which sells products to people over the phone while they are aware that they misleading the people. When I open the package I notice someone else's name Surname and I'd number is on the invoice with my address. When this company call you for a product just drop the call. Don't even say hello.

On 3rd September I app**** for my two pot money with CRF. Since last week I keep sending emails and trying to call them to find out what is going on. I finally received a email that say CRF is waiting to capture my August contribution the payments will be made. Today is the 14th October and dod not received any money while my August contribution is reflecting on my profile. my status went from in progress to pending again . I have submitted my application via email and online to be sure they get a hard copy. CRF is misleading us regarding our two pot money.
People must read the fine print and t&c's when taking medical out with discovery. Worst medical aid I have ever been on. I was on Bonitas for many years and never had issues . Only reason I changed medical aid is for the vitality. My worst mistake to go on LA Active. The representatives from Glopin who introduced me at work to discovery did not even explained everything properly, nevertheless I decided to hange because of vitality. To my surprise my medical aid is depleted in June. I went for a MRI scan and it was paid from my savings which I didn't know or was not told about. Everything comes from one saving. If I kniew6this I would've stayed with Bonitas. People if you need a medical aid that covers everything don't consider Discovery. They give little benefits to children for the year. After going for MRI I was told that if the results show I need a medical procedure then that amount paid by me will be waived and the medical aid will pay the full amount. This was told to ke by a consultant at Glopin. A white guy I spoke to. Now I get emails of big amounts I owe Bayradialogy for a MRI outstanding balance and Discovery not answering my emails. Stay away from LAActive if you don't want to fall in debt with hospitals and xray.
