Terrible after-sale service

At first I was very impressed with the installation of my aluminium doors. I had one installed in my bathroom and one in my office going out to my garage. They also did some minor maintenance work on existing doors and frames.

After a while my doors started sagging. I gave it another while and I phoned and tried to get hold of them to come and fix it. However, with no success. Only after a while I got reach of them and then they came to "fix" the problem. The result is that the doors are sagging again and it is now to such an extent that the doors are opening and closing with difficulty! The owner / director (Mr Fakier) does not respond to our e-mails nor tries to assist us. He now also states that as it is longer than 1 year (bear in mind it is JUST OUT of the 1 year period), it is no longer their problem and that we need to pay a call-out fee. They also blame my walls to be the problem
