Consumer Assure is an absolute nightmare! They dragged out the claims process for two weeks, constantly asking for panel beater quotes and excessive personal information, only to deny the claim in the end. Their excuse? The third party must prove the incident was NOT an 'act of God,' even though we provided clear photo evidence detailing the entire incident. This company is unprofessional and unreasonable—avoid them at all costs!
