I honestly don’t know how **FNB** still calls itself a bank with customer service. I placed a **32-day notice withdrawal** for **R15 000**, clearly instructing that the funds be paid into my **Easy Zero account**. I waited the full notice period, plus **another two days**, with no communication and no money. Only after *I* phoned to ask where **my own money** was did anyone bother to respond. The answer? “Oh, you can’t put more than R14 000 into that account.” That’s it. No warning beforehand. No proactive contact. No solution offered. And then the consultant **ended the call**. So now my money is apparently floating in banking limbo, and *I* must “go look for it” because FNB couldn’t be bothered to: • flag the issue before the notice period ended • advise me of account limits • reroute the funds • or provide even basic customer care This is not a technical glitch — this is **pure incompetence**. If a bank accepts a withdrawal instruction, waits a month, fails to pay out, and then shrugs when asked where the money is, something is deeply broken. FNB wasted my time, held my money without consent, and treated the situation like it was **my problem** to fix. Completely unacceptable.
Here’s a **harsh, blunt review** that keeps the facts straight and the frustration loud and clear. You can paste this into Google Reviews, HelloPeter, or social media as-is. --- I honestly don’t know how **FNB** still calls itself a bank with customer service. What an absolute disaster area! After explicitly telling the receptionist my needs and confirming I had all documents, I was left waiting 2 HOURS, only to be informed they don’t handle loans in person. Why wasn’t this communicated upfront? The receptionist’s either clueless or utterly untrained, wasting my time and proving this place is a masterclass in incompetence. Avoid at all costs!
My experience with African Bank has been nothing short of frustrating. For the past three weeks, I have been unable to access their banking app, which is crucial for managing my finances. When I visited a local branch, I found only two employees on duty, a glaring indication of poor staffing. One employee openly expressed her dissatisfaction, stating she "can't wait to quit," which speaks volumes about the work environment. When I sought help for a simple issue—specifically, not receiving a One-Time PIN (OTP)—they were unable to assist me. Instead of finding solutions, I encountered indifference and a lack of urgency. The inability to resolve basic banking issues is unacceptable and highlights African Bank's serious shortcomings in customer service and operational efficiency. With such limited staff and low morale, customers are left feeling neglected and frustrated. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend African Bank based on this encounter. They must invest in better support systems and employee satisfaction if they wish to retain their clientele.

I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service provided by "1st for Women" insurance company. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, their handling of my claim has been unbearably slow, shockingly ***********, and absolutely disinterested. Unbearably Slow Service: The processing time for my claim has been excruciatingly long, with weeks turning into months without any progress or updates. Their lack of urgency and efficiency is unacceptable, leaving me in a state of limbo and uncer*****y. Shockingly *********** Staff: The incompetence displayed by the staff at "1st for Women" is appalling. They have repeatedly left me in the dark, expecting me to call them and sit on hold for hours each time. When I do get a response, the representatives are unable to handle even the most basic tasks, such as downloading attachments, further exacerbating the already unacceptable levels of incompetence and disinterest. Absolutely Disinterested Attitude: What truly sets "1st for Women" apart is their absolute disinterest in resolving my claim. The apathy and indifference shown by their representatives are beyond comprehension. It is evident that customer satisfaction and service excellence are not a priority for this company. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering "1st for Women" insurance to look elsewhere. Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for their customers make them a company to avoid at all costs.
Consumer Assure is an absolute nightmare! They dragged out the claims process for two weeks, constantly asking for panel beater quotes and excessive personal information, only to deny the claim in the end. Their excuse? The third party must prove the incident was NOT an 'act of God,' even though we provided clear photo evidence detailing the entire incident. This company is unprofessional and unreasonable—avoid them at all costs!
The Texican Eatery & Tequila Bar in Willows Crossing is a must-visit! The authentic Tex-Mex flavors are bold and delicious, paired perfectly with their extensive tequila selection. The ambiance is vibrant and the staff is friendly and attentive. A true gem for food and drink *****s alike!
These absolute geniuses decide to have a full roadblock during peak morning traffic. Holding up hundreds, if not thousands of people on their way to work just to check license discs. As if that's really what they should have 100 officers doing all day, instead of solving ACTUAL crimes, that are completely out of hand in the same area. On top of this, once I pass the block (after an hour), one cop steps right into the road without looking and has the audacity to shout at me for nearly hitting him. We all know these guys are extremely thick, but even a child knows to look before crossing a road. Thanks for making half the city late. You guys are truly special.
Dawid from King Price was quick, efficient and provided very friendly service. Happy to have people like this assisting when something out of the ordinary occurs.
