I placed an order on 27 March 2025, I use them because their prices are the best and delivery is usually very fast. It’s been 3 weeks and I had to drag out feedback from them. I spoke to someone from CLC and they told me that my order was already delivered at Specsavers on 17 April. The store said they called me, and it went to voicemail, but no other effort was made to contact me via email, sms, whatsapp. We have so many ways to communicate in 2025 and yet they chose to use only one. This is by far the worst service that I got and it’s unacceptable when customers has to have a prescription to order to lenses in order to see what is in front of them. This is my Karen rant, but do better.
