I am beyond livid and perplexed with your service at WireIT, my meter has been faulty since Friday, it takes ages to get through your call centre and they send you from post to pillar without any assistance. They tell you different stories and never assist. They said they would send a technician and that never happened. Numerous follow up calls and even WhatsApp chat messages were made to Stha however she still failed to assist or get back to me instead she kept saying different contradicting stories and lies. Please attend to this matter urgently, it's the 3rd day now without electricity because if your faulty meter which you fail to rectify!
