I am beyond livid and perplexed with your service at WireIT, my meter has been faulty since Friday, it takes ages to get through your call centre and they send you from post to pillar without any assistance. They tell you different stories and never assist. They said they would send a technician and that never happened. Numerous follow up calls and even WhatsApp chat messages were made to Stha however she still failed to assist or get back to me instead she kept saying different contradicting stories and lies. Please attend to this matter urgently, it's the 3rd day now without electricity because if your faulty meter which you fail to rectify!
Your metre is faulty and you said you would send a technician, it's been more than 24 hours already and I'm without electricity because of your faulty meter. Your call centre does not pick up phones, you hold forever and they delay with responses on WhatsApp chat. This is rather frustrating!
My name is Wenzile, flew from Nelspruit to Johannesburg yesterday with SA airlink at 13:35. Flight lost my luggage and they said they would call abd deliver it to my place the same day. They haven’t called or delivered my luggage! I called this morning and they said they will call me back and deliver and they still haven’t. I have been calling again and again and they are not picking up now! I need my stuff as I am travelling again tomorrow! Bring my stuff please!
