Parcel delayed, no delivery updates, poor service from CourierIT.

Review: I am very disappointed with CourierIT Convergex. I have been waiting for my parcel with tracking number CDM131932835 since last week, but to this day it has not been delivered. Each time I follow up, I am told that they don’t know the status of my parcel, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.

This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience, and the lack of communication or accountability from the company makes the experience even worse. I expect urgent feedback and for my parcel to be delivered without further excuses.
