I ordered a router from Rain last month, but it has never connected or worked since I received it. I called Rain several times to fix the issue, but it was never resolved. Within two weeks of receiving the router, I contacted Rain to cancel the plan. I was told that a manager would get back to me about whether I need to pay the full amount for the router, but no one ever called. I have called four times to cancel, and each time I was told the cancellation would be processed and the router collected — but that never happened. Now I’m being told that I owe two months of payments, which makes no sense since I cancelled within two weeks and have never been connected to their Wi-Fi. Review: I am very disappointed with CourierIT Convergex. I have been waiting for my parcel with tracking number CDM131932835 since last week, but to this day it has not been delivered. Each time I follow up, I am told that they don’t know the status of my parcel, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience, and the lack of communication or accountability from the company makes the experience even worse. I placed a Shein order (Order number: BUFZA7SJ18960DHYQ) which was handed over to Buffalo Logistics for delivery. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 26th of September, but to date it has still not been delivered. What makes this even worse is that this is the second time I am experiencing such poor service with Buffalo Logistics. It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable to face repeated delivery failures. This delay is causing serious inconvenience because my daughter urgently needs the dress in this order for her matric dance, which is on Friday. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and Buffalo Logistics’ failure to deliver on time has caused us unnecessary stress and disappointment. I expect urgent feedback and resolution regarding the whereabouts of my parcel, as well as a speedy delivery before the event date. Given that this is a repeated issue, I also believe Buffalo Logistics should be held accountable and offer compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused.

He promised to deliver it on the 24th of September, but he never arrived. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. This order is important because my child needed the clothes for her trip, and the delay has caused great inconvenience and frustration. I expected a reliable service, but instead I have been left disappointed. I urge Shein and the buffalo company to urgently resolve this matter by ensuring my order is delivered without any further delay. Customers should not have to struggle to get the service they paid for.
