Review: I am very disappointed with CourierIT Convergex. I have been waiting for my parcel with tracking number CDM131932835 since last week, but to this day it has not been delivered. Each time I follow up, I am told that they don’t know the status of my parcel, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience, and the lack of communication or accountability from the company makes the experience even worse. I expect urgent feedback and for my parcel to be delivered without further excuses.

Review: I am very disappointed with CourierIT Convergex. I have been waiting for my parcel with tracking number CDM131932835 since last week, but to this day it has not been delivered. I recently had a frustrating experience with a service provider that failed to communicate, leaving me in a difficult situation. In desperation, I called ConvergEX on a Saturday afternoon to try and locate my belongings. Tanje, Customer Service Manager at ConvergEX HO answered my call, and her friendliness and efficiency were a welcome surprise. My MWEB router was delivered to my old address instead of my new address. The driver made no attempt to contact me prior to delivery. I didn't even know who the courier company was up until MWEB advised me of this information. it's not my fault it was delivered to the incorrect address when i had sent mweb multiple emails advising them they are delivering to the wrong address and I called on the day to tell them they were delivering the router to the wrong address. they had the fibre installed at my new address yet delivered the router to my old address. Then when I contacted Convergex directly they recommended that I go collect the router to save money. Save money for who? me going to collect the router will cost me money and time that i do not have. The estate agency already spoke to the new tenants and they advised that the router was delivered to security and has been left with security so you guys can go collect it and deliver it today. I was not provided a tracking number by MWEB. The driver did not even call me before making a delivery. He literally just left it at security.

Where is my router? So I first called MWeb to ask why my router has not arrived yet and they gave me a number to call as we as a reference for my order: CDM11174674. According to them, they tried to call me and I was unavailable. I have come to believe that this is a lie. There is nothing in my call logs and I had been making calls today, so it's not a problem with Vodacom. How is it possible that Metrofibre can contact me just fine, but I hear nothing from ConvergEX. After being placed on hold for several minutes, I spoke to someone else who assured me that they tried to contact me and that I was unavailable today. She then told me that she would ask them to come back to me just before 6pm. Well, 6pm has come and gone and I heard nothing back. Is it not possible that I can come and collect my router? 1) Convergex discriminates against hearing impaired customers and refuse to deliver unless if they by some miracle start hearing and talking. 2) Convergex LIED to one of their big clients and said the package will be delivered "today" but it was not. 3) The MANAGING DIRECTOR SA, Gavin Rutherford praise his staff for that and call delivery to a disabled person a "problem shipment"

Convergex and CCD Couriers have NOT phoned me once regarding my Reference: CVXIS192788. I am the one who has been calling CCD Couriers and Convergex all the time. Would you like to see all my phone call logs to prove how many times I called CCD Couriers, in relation to my hardware delivery from RSAWEB? I am receiving excuse upon excuse from Convergex. Here are the list of excuses they have given me so far: 1. My Name and Surname was not supplied to Convergex by RSAWEB; 2. My SA ID Number was not supplied by RSAWEB to Convergex. 3. Now, I don't have an SA ID (even though my SA ID and Proof of Address was emailed to them, which they have confirmed they have received). Convergex have stolen my items from RSAWEB!
