Ocean basket Beacon Bay: avoid food lukewarm, no side salad after main finished. Feeble excuses. Note virtually no people in restaurant: tells a story…..
Waiting on parcel for more than a week despite getting messages that it is out for delivery. Does not read delivery instructions either. Disrespectful and not trustworthy.
This company (getneurospine.co.za) markets a product, but is does not deliver: beware! Do not pay! Most likely a **** Kaylee from their customer support just mails and telephone does not get answered.
Ocean basket Beacon Bay East London: I ordered starter and main. Both arrived at same time! Sent main back. Starter mussels 3/4 cooked. Main just severely reheated. Lemon so hot could not squeeze. Manager never came until summoned. Never checked if customer satisfied….
I have been faithful member of medihelp for more than 30 years. My wife developed acute Guillain Barre syndrome in Mauritius, so severe she was admitted into ICU for treatment. Fortunately, my travel insurance(thanks to Hollard) paid the hospital bill. I only had to pay the initial fee (MauR 15 000) prior to admission. I claimed back from medihelp within 60 days with all proofs attached. It was declined - note medihelp did not have to pay a single cent for the hospitalization - with a note :; not emergency!!! Acute Guillain Barre is a life-threatening emergency hence admission and treatment in ICU! Clearly no insight in medical aspects, I doubt whether this was controlled by a suitably qualified medical person. She also had to receive Physio rehabilitation in order to be able to fly back assisted (much cheaper than medivac which medihelp would have had to pay) - this was also declined as well as follow-up visits in SA to neurologist and physio because of code 177 " not emergency". According to Council of medical schemes 906A, GB syndrome is PMB906A (acute condition) which includes "medical management" i.e not only physician fees, but medical management of which to my knowledge Physio is! During the issue and prior to departure, we mailed the funder so that they were informed all the way! best of all, since Hollard paid the admission except for the deposit and physio, it did not cost medihelp ANYTHING! Medihelp insists that one should pay oneself first in case on international travel and then claim back........ ONLY tot be LEFT IN THE LURCH. Shame on you! Be very careful when travelling internationally - from my experience one cannot count on medihelp. Be careful, very careful
Worst service ever! Do not respond to emails or online requests. One has to pay to get COS, yet nothing is received. Switchboards work from home, supervisors do not respond Absolute disgrace to our profession and utterly disrespectful
Shocking and poor service -after 2 months I still cannot obtain a benefit statement from these people: I have been to the local office, phoned and several mails(acknowledged). This is extremely disrespectful. After more than 30y is that how a public servant should be treated???????
My parents passed away 2 years ago -OM was notified. Despite several letters from the executor and lawyers, no payment made on policy Cannot get anybody to assist poor poor service
My parents passed away almost 2 years ago. Absa does not transfer money to the executor even though they changed the address to that of the executor of the estate! It is thus obvious they received the letters from the master of court. The phone does not get answered; E-mails just ignored This demonstrates in my opinion extreme DISRESPECT and incompetence. There is nobody to assist. Lawyers have issued several threats and letters.....
our parcel 6P06487861-00 has been out for delivery according to their tracking. However after 5 days still no delivery. Phoning and mailing does not help. Worst customer handling ever. Items may expire - they simply do not care. They promise to deliver, but do not turn up. It appears other customers have similar experiences.
