Really Bad

This company opens Municipal accounts for you for a significant fee, which has to be paid up front before they do anything. They don't inform about anything, and when I followed up with them, my account had been opened, and it was already in arrears and being charged interest which I had to pay.

The account was also opened with the wrong address, and to date I cannot get this corrected because they just do not respond to emails, and they don't do what they promise telephonically.
