Great Service

I received super service from Martin at Netrox! He was very helpful and reliable with keeping me informed on my order's delivery status, which took a bit of time because it was imported. From what I can see Netrox's products are very well priced.

Bunch of lies

If there's something I cannot tolerate, it's lies!! On the tracking history, this company says that they could not reach me, this was a lie. A few hours later they say that I "requested a future delivery date". This is an even bigger lie. The workers here just update the parcel tracking status with any lie to cover up their bad service. If Mgmt cares, they are welcome to contact me for the details of these lies.

CHARGED FOR THEIR ERROR AND NO RESPONSE

Mr Delivery cancelled my order from Pick n Pay with an Error described as "Failed Delivery Injection". My order was packed but not delivered, and yet they still charged me and debited my account. Athough I have complained 3 times, they failed to respond and they have not cancelled and reversed this charge. Totally disgusted with this operation.

CORICRAFT CAN'T DELIVER

Ordered a couch, and after waiting for 6 weeks, and following up with them, I'm told it is finally in their warehouse, BUT THEY CANNOT DELIVER IT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A TRUCK AVAILABLE!?!? Even though the exorbitant delivery fee has been paid, we must just wait while they mess you around with their shoddy delivery service. Seriously! What kind of a business is this??

Excellent and supportive service

Patricia gives excellent service. During these uncertain times with constant changes due to Covid travel restrictions, I had to change plans, then finally cancel flights. Throughout this crazy time, Patricia was knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I am so glad I booked with her, because with all the uncer*****y, she was a rock!

Really Bad

This company opens Municipal accounts for you for a significant fee, which has to be paid up front before they do anything. They don't inform about anything, and when I followed up with them, my account had been opened, and it was already in arrears and being charged interest which I had to pay. The account was also opened with the wrong address, and to date I cannot get this corrected because they just do not respond to emails, and they don't do what they promise telephonically.

Great service

Got connected 2 days after requested, but not due to Home connect. Their staff, Lerato and Yasteel, were very friendly and helpful with following up with vumatel, and getting my Internet working.

UBER EATS DRIVER THEFT

Today I ordered takeaways from Uber Eats and paid the driver R150 cash for an order for R143.80. He checked the money, then handed me the bag of food, and left. Uber eats sent me an email notification saying - "Your driver reported that you didn’t pay the full amount. -ZAR 143.80 will be due on your next trip." Now I see that this is a common complaint on Hellopeter., which I should have checked before I used them. How can Uber eats let the drivers get away with such theft? I shall not be using them again, unless they sort this out immediately.

HELLOPETER.COM DELETES REVIEWS

I am very disappointed with Hellopeter.com who Deleted a review I posted of MIX 6 MEDIA, whom I honestly believe sold us fake Hand Sanitizers and wanted to complain about it. To Hellopeter, you removed my review of Mix 6 Media based on your content guidelines as per link you gave - https://www.hellopeter.com/legal/legal#section6 . But you never did the following points of your own rules??? No such contact was ever made - 6.1.2.4 . we will then contact the User who posted the review and request the User to confirm that the review posted by the User is unbiased, factual, and correct and that the User stands by the review; 6.1.2.5. if the User confirms that the review is unbiased, factual and correct and that the User wishes to stand by the review, the review shall remain on the Site I'm sure you won't even post this, but I just want to convey to you that my respect I used to have for this site is lost! If Hellopeter.com can simply delete reviews without following through all the steps of your guideline, then WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOUR SITE?? You have given me the impression that you are as fake as the Hand Sanitizers Mix 6 Media sells!!!
