Copy express menlyn bad survice

I went to copy express menlyn on Monday to fax a bulk of documents, the lady that was helping me she was friendly but she didn't send my documents. Since I had there email I wrote them emails from Friday asking an bagging them to check if the documents were sent but no reply an today I went to there shop to ask what's wrong unfortunately the lady was no longer nice to me after I showed her the receipt she gave me on Thursday last week.
