Good day I would like to file a formal complaint against Copy Express, The Sanctuary, Somerset West. This is now the maniest complaint I'm filing against them. There is clearly a problem at this branch. As you can see below, I needed them to print me vinyl stickers on the 1st of October 2024. Today is the 12th of October and they have only communicated twice to me. I still don't have my vinyl stickers, and the hotel I work for has now given this project to a different company. We have decided to move all our future projects away from Copy Express and won't use them again in the future. Now, just as my previous projects, Copy Express, The Sanctuary have taken the position to ignore my emails, even though I have tried to make contact with them numerous times. Not Monique nor Ernest was able to help me. One of my projects in August 2022 was just as an issue. The production manager, Elizabeth Nel, gave me an incredibly bad attitude and got my order completely wrong. I had to take off from work so I could go see her and tried to fix the problem. There was also an issue during that time with my business cards and some other stickers. I had to go somewhere else to have them printed. So in my personal life, I will never make use of Copy Express, The Sanctuary again, and I will not recommend this branch to anyone in the future. Please look into this ongoing problem. Thank you. I dropped 3 t-shirts off at Copy Express (Mall @ Reds) for printing. Later that evening, I was called and told that the machine had broken and should my order be urgent, I should collect my t-shirts to take elsewhere. I let them know that I’d collect them the next day. Upon my arrival the next morning, I was told that the machine was now working and that my order was back on track. I clarified this with both the lady assisting as well as with the manager to be certain that my order would be ready. I then went back 2 days later to collect my shirts, only to be told that they had a software issue and that my order wasn’t ready. This was now the second time I’d made an unnecessary trip to the mall with zero communication from the store. I insisted that my order be done within the hour. When I later arrived to collect the shirts, one of them which had the same printing on the back and front was printed in different sizes despite me paying for A4. The outline around the pattern was not cut out properly and looked like a huge sticker with a white, plastic background. A random number was also printed onto the shoulder of the garment. When I questioned this, the lady assisting me shrugged her shoulders with an exasperated, loud sigh and explained that it was because I had rushed them. During my four visits to the store, I was met with a lack of acknowledgement upon entering and unprofessionalism. No solution or offer was made to rectify their error. I was so pleased to find a store that offers such a wide variety of printing requirements but after this unpleasant experience, I will definitely not be returning!

I was at the Menlyn branch to have a photo printed for a frame and the shop owner was absolutly disgustingly rude. I was told about how "****ing useless" other clients are and how "business is awful" and then I was told off about my picture of my boyfriend and I with a gemsbuck I shot. I was told that I "waste money" and I "dont know what I am doing" with my life... I am so shocked by the pathetic service. I can not believe that someone could be so rude and still expect business.

I have had the misfortune of doing business with Copy Express Bay West. On October 25th, 2020, I drove to Baywest from Krakeelriver in the Langloof area, to have some print work done. This included 100 vinyl CD Stickers, 50 back-to-back CD Tray prints, and 50 back-to-back CD Cover Booklets. In-store I explained that the booklets needed to be cut and scored as well as the tray prints. All designs were provided in pdf format and included bleed lines as well as cut and fold lines. After much deliberation and seeing the print quality of the vinyls, Charney informed me that she would have the vinyls printed elsewhere and would contact me if she was happy with the quality. I paid R1,910.00, which included delivery to Krakeelrivier, and trusted all would be executed as discussed. I received an email from Charney stating the vinyl prints looked good and a print proof of the booklets and tray prints were also included in the email. I called the store and spoke to her as I had a few concerns about print breaking up in certain areas. She assured me it looked good on her side and I reluctantly gave the go-ahead to proceed. On November 4th, 2020 the prints arrived. There were only 54 vinyl stickers, the booklets and tray prints were not cut or scored to specification, and the concerns I had about the print breaking up in areas were evidently visible on the final product. I contacted Charney again and expressed my dissatisfaction. She apologized for the inconvenience and offer to do a new batch. There were further back and forth emails until I approved the final print. On November 21st, 2020, I received the prints. This time the print was perfect, however, the cut and score lines were not as per the agreed-upon and approved proof sent through by Charney. I also only received 35 vinyl stickers. I sent yet another email to Charney expressing my dissatisfaction and am yet to receive a reply. Simce then I have sent an email to Copy Express Head Office, without any reply. I habe also sent Bay West 2 further emails without any reply. As you may imagine, this has set back my production and release date considerably. More than a month of my time has been wasted by Copy Express and I would like a resolution, please. I need this to be resolved as a matter of urgency because I am now running out of time. Needless-to-say, my experience with your company is severely *****ed and I am not sure at this point if I would engage in business with you again or even recommend you to anyone I know.

I was in Copy Express Tygervalley yesterday afternoon, as I had to print two copies of a lease agreement that had to be signed last night. When I arrived at the place to sign the lease agreement, I realized I had only received one copy and not two (which I had already paid for). I phoned this morning and was told I could come in and collect the second copy, but i explained that it was too late because I needed the copy last night. I was then told a refund could be done, but that I must come in with my slip and drive out extra fuel because of their mistake. Copy Express’s printing is already so expensive, and I am very upset that I didn’t get what I paid for. I will not recommend Copy Express nor will I go there again.

The service was horrible. The lady who works there is NOT helpful. We got to the shop and she made us wait, while working on other stuff and she didn’t even bother to say anything to us. She made me email the documents I wanted printed out to their email address roland@copyexpressprint.co.za and when we decided to leave, she just said good bye. I am absolutely dissatisfied and I am NEVER going back there again. Wow.

The service was horrible. The lady who works there is NOT helpful. We got to the shop and she made us wait, while working on other stuff and she didn’t even bother to say anything to us. She made me email the documents I wanted printed out to their email address roland@copyexpressprint.co.za and when we decided to leave, she just said good bye. I am absolutely dissatisfied and I am NEVER going back there again. Wow.

I went to copy express menlyn on Monday to fax a bulk of documents, the lady that was helping me she was friendly but she didn't send my documents. Since I had there email I wrote them emails from Friday asking an bagging them to check if the documents were sent but no reply an today I went to there shop to ask what's wrong unfortunately the lady was no longer nice to me after I showed her the receipt she gave me on Thursday last week. My documents were due on Friday
