I placed an order with this company for vinyl sticker labels on March 21st 2025 and paid immediately. Turn around time was 10 business days. I have not had any updates. Their communication is shocking! No one answers the phones or responds to emails. I actually got a response on their WhatsApp line where I was promised that they would follow up and get back to me. I am still waiting. At this point I want someone to take ownership or refund me my money immediately as I am running out of time and patience.
I purchased a bundle today that was on promotion. 7 days - 500mb+500mb free+500mb YouTube for R29 valid for 7 days. I was only given 500mb+100mb YouTube. I used the vodacom app for this. Also logged a callback through the bot. Agent "Connie" was of zero help and was clearly not listening to me or understanding the issue. Was a total waste of time. Please add the other data as per advertised.
I am utterly disgusted with the level of service I have received from what is supposed to be a reputable company. I recently sent 9 boxes market FRAGILE from Johannesburg to the Eastern Cape. The FRAGILE stickers were totally disregarded. I paid for liability cover on the items as the content was worth at least 6 times more than the maximum liability cover offered. I ensured from my end that all content was securely packaged and in their original boxes, within the bigger boxes I had sent. The content included most of my work equipment which I need on a daily basis. When the boxes arrived in the Eastern Cape, they were all bust open on the sides and looked like they had been thrown around. I was already not impressed when the boxes arrived as things that were securely packaged, was falling out the sides of the boxes. I asked the delivery guy why the boxes were in such a state, and the response I received is that they were probably stacked on top of each other in the warehouse. Now stacking boxes would firstly not cause this damage, but I left it and proceeded to unpack to assess the damage. All seemed okay at first glance until I got to the last box. This contained a 1 month old printer that was used to print the labels on the boxes prior to sending the printer down. The ink had run through the original box, into the bigger box and onto the surrounding padding which was blankets. This all had to be discarded. At this point I was not too concerned about the blankets. I spent hours cleaning everything up and setting it up. To date, the printer still does not work. I contacted The Courier Guy to lay a complaint and claim for the printer only, as per my liability cover. After much back forth The Courier Guy first refused to pay out for this. After more back and forth, they agreed to pay a whopping total of R372.00 for an item they broke, valued at R3,700.00!!!! My questions remain unanswered and no resolution has been given. What was the point of paying for liability if none is taken? Is this the level of service you want your company to be remembered for? Because I can assure you I will NEVER do business with you again and ensure others don't either!
I have had the misfortune of doing business with Copy Express Bay West. On October 25th, 2020, I drove to Baywest from Krakeelriver in the Langloof area, to have some print work done. This included 100 vinyl CD Stickers, 50 back-to-back CD Tray prints, and 50 back-to-back CD Cover Booklets. In-store I explained that the booklets needed to be cut and scored as well as the tray prints. All designs were provided in pdf format and included bleed lines as well as cut and fold lines. After much deliberation and seeing the print quality of the vinyls, Charney informed me that she would have the vinyls printed elsewhere and would contact me if she was happy with the quality. I paid R1,910.00, which included delivery to Krakeelrivier, and trusted all would be executed as discussed. I received an email from Charney stating the vinyl prints looked good and a print proof of the booklets and tray prints were also included in the email. I called the store and spoke to her as I had a few concerns about print breaking up in certain areas. She assured me it looked good on her side and I reluctantly gave the go-ahead to proceed. On November 4th, 2020 the prints arrived. There were only 54 vinyl stickers, the booklets and tray prints were not cut or scored to specification, and the concerns I had about the print breaking up in areas were evidently visible on the final product. I contacted Charney again and expressed my dissatisfaction. She apologized for the inconvenience and offer to do a new batch. There were further back and forth emails until I approved the final print. On November 21st, 2020, I received the prints. This time the print was perfect, however, the cut and score lines were not as per the agreed-upon and approved proof sent through by Charney. I also only received 35 vinyl stickers. I sent yet another email to Charney expressing my dissatisfaction and am yet to receive a reply. Simce then I have sent an email to Copy Express Head Office, without any reply. I habe also sent Bay West 2 further emails without any reply. As you may imagine, this has set back my production and release date considerably. More than a month of my time has been wasted by Copy Express and I would like a resolution, please. I need this to be resolved as a matter of urgency because I am now running out of time. Needless-to-say, my experience with your company is severely *****ed and I am not sure at this point if I would engage in business with you again or even recommend you to anyone I know.
ZERO STARS. ONCE AGAIN YOU HAVE ****ED UP FOR THE LAST TIME. YOU HAVE COST ME NOT BEING APPROVED FOR A BOND, SO OWING TO YOUR IGNORANCE, THE OMBUTSMAN WILL BE AUDITING YOU AND MY ACCOUNT. YOU WILL REMOVE THE LISTING AND YOU WILL BE SUED.
Worst service ever! I have sent emails to which there has been no action. The domain deletes emails and email addresses on its own. Not a stable provider for any business.
I should give you zero stars. I cancelled my month to month adsl in February 2018, yet I am receiving monthly amounts that are adding up for a service I NO LONGER HAVE OR USE. I DON'T EVEN STAY IN CAPE TOWN ANYMORE!!!! The Ombutsman has been notified and I am tired of you people stealing from the public. Your service is ****!
Their Prepaid UNLIMITED DATA is a total scam!!! Nowhere from the My MTN App does it state that their is a 10GB cap on "SO CALLED UNLIMITED DATA!" And this costs R1,800 per month. I have logged complaints, noone gets back to me. Will be porting out ASAP! I have also logged an official complaint with the Ombutsman.
If I could give you Zero Stars That would be an appropriate rating. I was lied to, tried to cancel my policy, retentions called me and said it will be sorted and gave me an offer to stay, but the moment I suffered data loss all of a sudden this was no longer covered. Please guys don't do business with these people. I thought Telkom was terrible to work with, but 1st for Woman takes the cake. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER AGAIN. I have also logged a complaint with the ombutsman.
