****med and false advertising, the ads says once you buy a device you will receive a 20gig of data 10 for day and the other one for night but they only data I have received is 1 gig tried calling Vodacom but I was told that they don't know anything about it and I went to the store after. But they couldn't assist me. What is advertised and what I got are two different things I wouldn't recommend other to fall for their false advertising and if they have removed it from the display that would have been good so we don't have higher expectations
Professional **** artist in the industry of telecommunications, in September I took a contract with cellc and later September it happened that I've lost my Sim card on the 27 of September. So since October I've been trying to do a simswap but no one is willing to assist me they keep on saying my Sim card has been out of use for 3 months and when I try to explain they say my account is behind on payment which I fail to understand because on my statement it shows that I am upto date with payments. I tried to cancel my contract with them and I have also read the contract that they have sent me instead of me paying 50% of the remaining months they want the whole amount of the remaining months. The consultant are so rude and in my own opinion they don't love nor enjoy their jobs. Personally I wouldn't recommend anyone to use cellc and wouldn't advice anyone to use cellc unless if you want your money to be taken for a service that you will never enjoy
Absa branch Bela-Bela the service that I got today was the worst service ever, today all including the manager were rode, since absa has changed the CashSend service it's been hard for me to get get quickly without a card. Absa never informed us about this new feature of CashSend. The stuff were busy chatting and the manager joined them instead of coming with a solution I had to stand for 16 minutes and 11 seconds listening to them chatting. She is not leading but encouraging bad service to the stuff in my own opinion. It's bad and the temporary mobile doesn't have enough shade. Absa used to be the best but second compare to non but today I was shown that they no longer care about us. 073 783 3655 068 656 2316
Guys please please beware of Absa bank what I am grateful for is they were able to resolve the issue on there own and the answers provided to me still don't make sense. Of of the first of this year absa sent me a new price list for this year and still the monthly fees are zero.... " Dear ANDRIES KEDIBONE MALUNGANI Your complaint reference C-34906176 has now been closed. Please contact Russell Edwards (+27) 11 330 3037 for further information" And they feather said the high amount that I am being charged for is its because of airtime and CashSend 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 "The complaint was referred to our Business Banking Department, which stated that the charges you incurred were for airtime purchases, proof of payments and numerous cashsend transactions. Please find attached, the pricing brochure for our Business account charges and refer to page 4 for all charges relating to the Business Evolve Lie account." I took my time, infect I wasted my time reading the price list for this year. Absa can you state the fees for CashSend and airtime if possible than you can charge us that R450,00 per transaction unlike month end being charged for them. Also state if you buy a R1,00 airtime we will charge you R225,00 for that single transaction that will be better. Much love Absa keep it up with the business evolve lite account that's R0,00 monthly but while we both know that over R450,00 per month is being charged to our accounts. So dissapointed in your services and honestly I wouldn't recommend small start up businesses to use this account.
This is what absa said "Pay zero monthly fees, zero inter-account transfer fees and zero charges on Absa-to-Absa debit orders with your Business Evolve Lite Account. It’s the smart way to get started.+" while they have **** to us the honest truth is their are hidden charges on our business account or should I say on my business account. Absa is charging me over R450.00pm while they said this account is free. Absa can you please stop lying to us and this is no way to treat a business that is just starting with this high fees an be honest next time when providing a service. SME's be aware of this banks because now monthly I am paying over R450,00 pm for admin an wouldn't recommend you to use absa if you are not yet financially stable because it will be a big loose for your business
It's good that big brand companies like miway does recognize small businesses and they use their services, I really do appreciate what they are doing for SME's in south Africa but can they also consider that payment must be made in this companies so that they can keep working and providing excellent services again to other clients because if just to make a R300.00 payment to a service providers account takes them a half a year, why don't they just hire their own technicians and engineers to do their own jobs. As a business owner and for others please be careful when coming to this company it's not like other insurance that they make payments within 4 weeks. I am so disappointed in miway insurance
Fnb Bela Bela is not customer friendly and it' so annoying to sit on the banch without a ticket just waiting for someone to assist you with registering the app. I waited 47min so I could be assist, compared to absa I wouldn't advice anyone to visit this branch because the skin segregation still exists in this branch. Instead of just helping us they rather stand on the door an chat
McDonalds jubilee mall gave me the worst service ever compared to other restaurants. I went to this restaurant to get some meals to be specific two big Mac, rooibos and capacino. The burgers were very good but I didn't get the rooibos tea bag and I have asked for milk in my rooibos which they didn't care to pour some milk. They just gave me hot water with sugar and there was no tomato sauce also. Tried going back but I was told that I have hidden the tea bag when I requested milk the guy who was giving orders just ignored me and proceed with what he was doing
I am so disappointed with afrizon telecommunications the gift cards that they gave me are not being activated and I contacted them several times and every time before I hang up they comfirm that they are actived today it's my third time driving all the way from Bela Bela to pretoria to try an redeem them but every time I come to homemark store they keep on telling me 1 and the same thing. Personally I wouldn't advice anyone to waste there time with there gift cards. 082...612...7003 that's my number. I have wasted over R3000.00 worth of diesel trying to redeem this cards
As a small business owner that is striving harder to make it and I was referred to absa by another business owner to use absa. It was highly recommended to me by many businesses and I was told that is the second best compared to non in south Africa. But my experience with them was not that good the business account that I opened had zero monthly fees and for the first month it was good until I had other companies that I don't know started deducting money into my account without me knowing and I reported this but no 1 cared to assist me. (I think it's because my business is making less money or something else) now I am being charged over R600 for a zero fee account monthly and honestly that is killing my business. If absa is not willing to assist small businesses like mine can they please state so, so we may check other banks that are willing to assist us. (Business Evolve Lite Monthly fee: R0 Annual turnover: R0 to R1,5 million Free Absa Online Banking and NotifyMe Suitable for all business segments and sectors Shari’ah-compliant option available) But now I am paying admin fees, transaction charge and other fees which I am still confused to this day. Can you please answer me publicly for everyone to see so they can decide for themselves if absa is good to do business with or not. If possible I was gonna give it - 5 stars
