I paid up my TFG account with this company but I am not receiving my paid up letter and it has been over a month. I am not reaching anyone for assistance and they keep saying that they have sent request for me to receive it but I am not receiving anything. This is so dissatisfying.

I settled my RCS card in May 2025 and now my account has been handed over. I have sent numerous emails and the only reply I ever receive, is they are attending to my query. Please update my account ASAP!

These people should net even get a 1 because they are useless. I have an account with them and then another company contact me as this account is now with them, I was not even informed. Their Debi check went off every month now I ask for a statement seeing that account was sold and they cannot help. Maak net julle deure toe because the reason I received is stupid and I am not!

Core connect is running a **** coz I paid up my ackermans account even sent my paid up letter but still they email me n contact me they not doing there work properly people please watch out 4 them if u have an ackermans account n if u in arrears

I should be giving these nonsense ****mers a negative rating based on their shocking and appalling service. Actually Hellopeter should flag these companies who receive negative reviews from the same people. I have cancelled by initial debicheck with the of which it was a hassle to get hold of them to begin with. They allegedly on record ‘cancelled’ the initial debicheck. To my surprise both the initial and subsequent debit orders went off I cannot reverse any because they have not done their job properly. I expect feedback on this matter. We cannot be working hard for our money only for ****mers like core connect to take advantage of our account. This is ***** and I will definitely take this up with the relevant people and involve our family lawyer if need be

My Truworth account was handed to this collection company they colled me and I made arrangement with them ,yo pay 250 .00 . the mount was to be paid to Truworth since I live for from ABSA bank, the ebd of January 2025 I paid my last intalment in the shop. early March 2024 i recieved a call from core connect saying they havent recieved my Febrouary payment, I send them my paid up reciept, they replaied I still owe R349.00, the I asked for settlement ,they rep**** it was R352.91 and I have 7days to settle, and have to make arrangement to pay tis amount and a bank account will be send to me in which I have pay R352.91. the following day I send an email to confirm paying the settlement (still within the 7days) I was send a new amount of R406.77. I was not told the settlement amount will increase everyday and the bank account to pay into was not send

In all honesty, not even a One star rating is satisfactory for this company. A -100 star rating is accurate. I am convinced that this company is *****ing from clients. Because tell me why my balance went from R1000 and I paid R700 & R200 in feb. to now all of a sudden the owing balance be R900?? No statements just random phone calls every month with random amounts of money. This is absurd. And when I speak to a “supervisor” she tells me she will investigate the matter and check the phone calls recordings and call me back. Clearly she’s still looking for something because I haven’t heard back. This is daylight *******.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received over the past two weeks regarding my account. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, I have faced numerous challenges that have caused significant distress. Account Handed Over Without Notification: My account was handed over to your company without any prior communication. Consequently, I made a payment to the Unifi company, only to be redirected to your organization. Despite your claims of attempting to contact me via phone and email, I received no such communication and was subsequently charged a fee. Lack of Assistance and Communication: I have reached out multiple times for updates and assistance, yet my calls and pleas for help have gone unanswered. As a manager myself, I understand the importance of protecting the company's reputation and providing exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with your company has been far from satisfactory.Mental Health Concerns: During a conversation with one of your managers, I expressed feelings of extreme distress and asked if it would be best to end my life, as Unifi and your company did not care to help resolve the issue. Rather than addressing my concerns, the focus remained solely on the financial aspects and commissions. This lack of empathy and support has exacerbated my distress. Unfulfilled Promises and Call Handling: I was assured that my payment would be processed and updated by a certain date, with Nondomiso, the manager, promising to call me with an update and try to get a discount. However, this did not occur. Repeated calls for updates were met with dropped calls and unhelpful responses. An email from Austin provided the account balance but not the payment method. Subsequent communication with another representative resulted in further frustration. I was instructed to pay into an ABSA account (4060173734) and use a universal branch code. However, when I asked Nondomiso for the balance, she rep**** that she needed to check the account, which would result in additional charges. because that's all she cares about, Frustrated, I told her I'm going to pay the amount given by Austin, to which Nondomiso rep**** that this would not settle the account. Today, I paid R1450.Given these issues, I request the following:Immediate resolution of my account issues and a detailed explanation of the charges.Assurance that my account is paid in full, followed by the issuance of a paid-up letter by the end of this week. Improvement in your customer service protocols to prevent future occurrences. If these matters are not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue on social media and through other channels. I trust that your company values its reputation and will take immediate action to resolve this situation .Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
