Here I thought I was the only 1. Seems like most of us app**** on Friday. I sent a mail, no response. I was on their live chat today and was told money will be paid in by 8pm. Still nothing. Not a first time client but very dissapointed.
This company is good, really. But why in December decides that my payday is 11 December. When I app**** for the loan I did put in my pay date. They went and change the Debi check date to the 11th, is this even fair or greed? Now I keep on getting messages to pay this account I just want to know how do you just go and change the dates and now I am being held responsible. No man and I actually love your company.
I never had issues until now. I had problems and were not able to pay so my account was handed over. I made arrangements and paid monthly until last month without warning I received sms'e from a company that made as if this account was not paid while in the meantime I did. 2 weeks back after struggling to get a statement from the first attorneys I was told that they cannot supply me with a statement and I must rather contact Unifi Until today no feedback or statement from them. How can they just expect me to make arrangement as no one can now supply me with a proper statement???? #BlackFriday
These people should net even get a 1 because they are useless. I have an account with them and then another company contact me as this account is now with them, I was not even informed. Their Debi check went off every month now I ask for a statement seeing that account was sold and they cannot help. Maak net julle deure toe because the reason I received is stupid and I am not!
Was at FNB Saldanha today. The consultant that assisted me was one of the best, wish there was more of him. From the moment I seated until I was done. Thank you so much sir I believe that I am not the only one that feels like this. Keep it up, definitely service with a smile.
Not sure what happened but this company, not sure if it is a company has become so unreliable. You send emails, WhatsApp very poor response.
Worst company ever. I made an arrangement and am sticking to it and explained to the lady that assisted. But now they keep om sending stupid mails. Why did I make the arrangement if you are not sticking to what we agreed. I actually want to give them a zero.
Was at McDonald's Langebaan and I am not ****** but really. I had to pay at the counter. The staff and that lady that seems to be the manager just continued will I was waiting to pay. I did not come to beg for food I am also a paying client so please treat everyone the same. I do not experience this type of service at McDonald's in Vredenburg. I will not show my face here again. Vredenburg is the best.
My first time applying with this company and never ever again. Yes it is a long weekend but I app**** on Thursday, today is Monday but still no loan after it was approved and everything. Wish I had read the reviews first.
Such patethic service. I reported a deposit that I made but still not showing only to find out today when I followed up that incident was closed as they could not pick up the deposit made. Even after I actually told the person which account to check. Feeling so frustrated because capitec need to look at some of the functions on the app and try to make it more use friendly.
