failure to correctly allocate payments on my account, which has resulted in my account being unable to be closed despite payment being made.
I have made the required payments to settle my account; however, Core Connect has not allocated these payments correctly. As a result, my account continues to reflect an outstanding balance that is not accurate, and this is preventing the formal closure of the account.
I have raised this matter directly with Core Connect, yet despite follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. This has caused unnecessary frustration, delays, and administrative burden on my side, especially as I am attempting to close the account in good faith after settling what is due.
