Unprofessional

No communication at all. Registered my child during an open day and paid reg fee last year already. I was given an address to go and purchase school uniform. Come January,my child's name is not on the list. That time I had already paid Jan school fees. I asked for refund on 10 Jan and it says 7 days timeframe but up until today no refund has been issued yet I had to look for another school for my child and pay school fees. Why register people when you know you are full already? Why even encourage them to buy school uniform ?Why ,huh?
