Bad, bad service
Worst company of them all. After a month of placing an order and doing a follow-up, I still have not received the order. After several attempts of getting a refund, they just do not respond to that aspect. I am very much disappointed and would not advise anyone to purchase anything from them... unless, of course, they do not mind waiting donkey years to receive it.

Unprofessional
No communication at all. Registered my child during an open day and paid reg fee last year already. I was given an address to go and purchase school uniform. Come January,my child's name is not on the list. That time I had already paid Jan school fees. I asked for refund on 10 Jan and it says 7 days timeframe but up until today no refund has been issued yet I had to look for another school for my child and pay school fees. Why register people when you know you are full already? Why even encourage them to buy school uniform ?Why ,huh?
