Took the car in for a minor rear bump (boot lid and bumper only). Conright did the repairs but completely broke the front door lock and caused the automatic central locking system to malfunction. They denied responsibility, claiming they didn’t touch the locking system. No pre-diagnosis or inspection of the locks before/after was done. The car was fully functional when dropped off. Customer service was rude and dismissive. Now facing extra repair costs elsewhere. Strongly advise against using them
