Disgusting security and business sense

Poor service poor security. Blatant disregard to confirming detail. Asked them to remove an old system that they installed. They could not find the back up power supply said they would come back later. Never did it still draws power. Got a better system that can work with their equipment, asked them to hook it up, they said they can't my installer must. Still refuse to look for their own power draining unit. Lied to say they can hook only the fence to their system and to prove that triggered it, but I also received a notification that that triggered a panic alarm, which they said they could not do? They can't get my name correct, they mentioned that my parents were home, which was in fact my aunt and uncle, never checked with me If it was ok for them to be there, showed my aunt how to change the codes but still no permission from me. I think they lost what security means, and definitely lost what it means to be of service.
