Absolutely non existent service - phoned 5 times over 4 days for a service- lots of empty promises
Contacted Cortac armed response on the morning of Tues 13 December 2022- this was for a service call. I was told that someone would contact me. No one called. I phoned on the morning of Wed 14 December- requested a service call. No one called . Called on the morning of Thurs 15 Dec- no one called .Called Thursday afternoon- was told that a technical team would come the same day , or the next day .I reminded Charles that Friday 16 th a holiday. I called on Friday at 13:00 .Now 16:00 on Friday the 16 and still no show.

bad services
this company or the members who they employ have a very big probleme with african people who dwell in the linksfield area.Today i was told several times to **** off out of the area as the area was not built for people like me. I asked the male carcasian officer who was on dutie what he ment by that and i was told that if i am a probleme they will deal with me

Disgusting security and business sense
Poor service poor security. Blatant disregard to confirming detail. Asked them to remove an old system that they installed. They could not find the back up power supply said they would come back later. Never did it still draws power. Got a better system that can work with their equipment, asked them to hook it up, they said they can't my installer must. Still refuse to look for their own power draining unit. Lied to say they can hook only the fence to their system and to prove that triggered it, but I also received a notification that that triggered a panic alarm, which they said they could not do? They can't get my name correct, they mentioned that my parents were home, which was in fact my aunt and uncle, never checked with me If it was ok for them to be there, showed my aunt how to change the codes but still no permission from me. I think they lost what security means, and definitely lost what it means to be of service.

Daily noise nuisance
My surrounding neighbours have recently changed to Cortac Security and I now hear random beeps emanating from their properties multiple times a day. One of the steps that I have taken to rectify this daily noise nuisance is speaking to the owner of Cortac. On the phone, he advised me that he would consult with the technical department and then phone me back. He never phoned me back, so I called him and he promptly cut me off! This is no way for the owner of an organisation to behave. How childish and unprofessional.
