Recently, I went to view a few vehicles at We Buy Cars Midstream. I required the assistance of a salesman and noticed one who was instructing an African employee on how to park a vehicle. The salesman was arrogantly insulting him in his own language( Afrikaans). The African employee was degraded in front of customers. This was blatant racism. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the salesman as my natural reaction was to quickly get away from someone who behaves in this manner and let another salesman assist me instead.
My surrounding neighbours have recently changed to Cortac Security and I now hear random beeps emanating from their properties multiple times a day. One of the steps that I have taken to rectify this daily noise nuisance is speaking to the owner of Cortac. On the phone, he advised me that he would consult with the technical department and then phone me back. He never phoned me back, so I called him and he promptly cut me off! This is no way for the owner of an organisation to behave. How childish and unprofessional.
My experience with this law firm was nightmarish to say the least. There isn't enough space to detail the full extent of my experience, but to summarise my experience: Legal documents contained serious errors i.e. one document had the wrong year listed in the date. Important clauses were left out of legal documents, which made me feel that my interests were not being looked out for and clauses that were included were barely coherent. Regarding customer service, I find that I get better service from my local car mechanic! He has never put the phone down on me, which is what I experienced at this law firm. I have seen the director of the law firm wearing hiking boots and a tracksuit jacket at work! I suppose the fact that this law firm doesn't even have a sign advertising its location and has corrugated iron roof sheets serving as its front fence paints a complete picture that it is not a respectable law firm.
