Customers are extremely frustrated with the staff at the Electric Department of Cosave Zandfontein, Pretoria. The staff on duty was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting customers.

While I was speaking to them and asking for assistance, they simply carried on talking among themselves, ignoring my requests. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. It gives your company a bad name.

We urge you as Manager to address this issue immediately. Staff who refuse to assist customers properly.
