Bad after sale service. Bad refund policy. Shop somewhere else!

Very shoddy service, 'chat' on their site doesnt get response. 3 days to reply to emails. Zero after sales service for refunds as customer has to pay for shipping back and forth. Im in cape town, so i paid R99 shipping, sunglasses arrived with boxes bent and cracked, sunglasses were way bigger than pictures and did not fit my head, but to return it to them for R150 plus R99 and then they probably wont accept the return because the boxes are damaged already...

Also says 'return within 7 days' and 'return within 14 days' of receiving item, in the same paragraph in their policy. So which one is it?

Paid R600, so i have to pay close to R300 in shipping to get my refund. no thanks. I wont be shopping with this company again.
