Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place. I checked Cosy Corner Wynberg’s website beforehand and ordered two Gatsbys based on the prices listed online. When we arrived, the prices were suddenly much higher. The staff checked the website themselves and confirmed that the online prices were different from the in-store prices. Despite this, the manager came out with a stinking attitude, offered no apology whatsoever, and bluntly said that only the in-store prices count — basically admitting their website is misleading and they don’t care. No professionalism, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue. The entire experience was unpleasant and poorly handled. Misleading pricing and rude management. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
