Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place. I checked Cosy Corner Wynberg’s website beforehand and ordered two Gatsbys based on the prices listed online. When we arrived, the prices were suddenly much higher. The staff checked the website themselves and confirmed that the online prices were different from the in-store prices. Despite this, the manager came out with a stinking attitude, offered no apology whatsoever, and bluntly said that only the in-store prices count — basically admitting their website is misleading and they don’t care. No professionalism, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue. The entire experience was unpleasant and poorly handled. Misleading pricing and rude management. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Should have gone to Aneesas

Road assistance
I had a fantastic experience with miway road assistance, had a tire burst in n2, pull offed to side of road there wasnt enough space to change the tire so they sent a tow truck and towed me home, when i got hime the help me change my tire. Miway were fantastic with the service, best service i jave received.

Terrible customer service
Opened a contract with Telkom in the beginning of JAN. Had the handset a day when I picked up an inconsistent problem with the unit. Took the unit to the Telkom store in Claremont, call before hand to see if that had stock as the handset was only 5 days old when I returned it. Was expecting the handset to be replaced immediately with a new unit as it was within 7 days and falls under the CPA. They said they have to send the unit to JHB. Its been a month since I took it in and haven't heard anything with regards to it. I keep phoning and they tell to phone 180, then they will tell me to phone 10213 and they will give me another number to phone and then the cycle with start all from the beginning again. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone, Its the worst serviced I have ever received. The call centre agents cant help you and they cant even put you on the right path. They unwilling to try and find solutions. they all just pass the buck and you end up just giving up from pure frustration. Going into the store in Claremont gives exactly the same experience. Its as if no one knows what to do at all. Its just a truly unpleasant experience. SO my advice to anyone considering joining Telkom, is to not Everette Thwaites
