This company sells s****s. I bought a truck which broke down after a day of purchase. Upon returning it, they promised they had fixed it, only for it to break down again after two days on its way to the Eastern Cape. I had no choice but to call a mechanic to fix it. I called them to complain, but they said I had to return the truck to them to fix but the truck was on its way to the Eastern Cape. They refused to pay for towing to get back the truck to their yard and they refused me access to the owner by the name of Wesley John Williams of ID Number 8411065210081. The truck is stuck again in the Eastern Cape now, I have no money to fix it and no money to tow it back to them. They threatened me with their lawyers and dared me to bring my lawyers if I can afford. They refuse to take back their truck for a refund and they say I must sell the truck back to them at a lower price than I bought it. Lionel Magolis is the sales rep that sold this truck to me and he has no say on the matter. He is the middleman whose boss is using to threaten me. People, please stop buying trucks from Country Wide Truck Sales, they are a scam and they use s**** trucks with turned back mileage. They are crooks who are taking peoples money and getting away with it. Most of their customers are from Mozambique and they exploit them a lot because the poor clients can not return trucks from Mozambique, they are forced to fix those s****s at their own cost. The poor people can not even involve lawyers as it will cost them more. Wesley John Williams has always gotten away with ****** in his business. It is about time is stops!!!!!!!!

I bought hineysucker trucks from this company, upon delivery two of the trucks were water tankers and only one was a hineysucker. The one which was a hineysucker had a faulty sucking system and the promised that all three trucks were tested prior to delivery. Since Monday I have been in communications with the sales reps and the workshop manager of the company to no vail I ended up requesting to speak to the owner and they refused to give direct access. As I am writing to you the trucks are supposed to be providing a service to my client but the are not suitable for the job. The arrogance of the workshop manager by the name of Naas and the refusal to take responsibility is of monumental proportion. They at some point referred me to a gentleman named Chris as they claimed he built those systems when the gentleman told me that he did not build those systems they then referred me to a different gentleman for the same thing and of course this gentleman distanced himself from those trucks also. I happen to have a friend who had a similar experience with this company unfortunately I only knew of his experience after I had bought this garbage from Country Wide Truck Sales.

I bought an 2013 Isuzu 1200 FWZ from Country Wide Truck Sales in May 2019 vin number ADMFVM34R8X654461 Salesman Conrad Greeff. I bought the truck with 350 000 kilos on the clock. The truck broke done after 2000 kilos and I find an old job card while standing on the side of the rode. According to the card the truck had 736 752 kilos on the clock. With the new consumer law on my side the seller paid back all my money and collected the truck without much hesitation. So BUYER BEWARE for the truck above vin number.

We drove up, all the way from Warrenton, to take possession of a Hino 1626 in November 2017 from Countrywide Truck Sales. While driving back home I noticed a severe shudder when applying the brakes. I drove the truck back to Countrywide and they said it was the ABS kicking in.Needless to say I had to fly home and go back the following week to fetch the truck. All the brake drums had to be skimmed and the load bin was loose as well. Once we had the truck home we then established that it had not been serviced like they had said it had been – the king pin was broken, the bushes on the springs were totally disintegrated, the dash cluster worked incorrectly and it was over heating. The right hand side hand brake was not working. We were unable to speak to the owner of Country Wide and were blocked all the time. We actually do not know how the truck passed roadworthy (done at Jetpark) and feel officials should really investigate the establishment that passed the truck. It was unsafe to be on the road, a danger to me as driver and consequently other drivers. Be very afraid of buying a vehicle from Countrywide Truck Sales. Brett Sparrow **********

I bought a 3000 liter diesel tanker from Countrywide Truck Sales. It was advertised as a brand new tank on it. Cash sale. On taking ownership of the tanker it was found that the tank is old, filthy and rusty, has contaminated 3000 liters of diesel, the pump was faulty and back to front, among other faults. They do not return my calls or get back to me with any solutions, they refuse to take my calls. I have no alternative but to go the hard route through lawyers and sue for everything. Will take longer and be more costly than if they had responded decently, but they seem to be shysters and refuse to even take my calls. I have seen another bad review for them as well. I would advise everyone to stay away from them. They do not seem reputable at all. A serious no-go company.

The worst place ever to buy a truck , came back from roadworthy with a certificate and it has no reflectors on rear , left mirror dangling and no brake fluid and the brakes weren't working when retested at another roadworthy centre. The truck started getting hot on way home and we had to take out the filthy radiator and clean it. I tried to cancel the deal before leaving the yard and they ignored my request and refused. I have video footage and photos to backup my story. They told me to get quotes to repair the brakes and then refused to pay , saying I must travel up to Jhb for them to fix the brakes (2000 km) and this is only the tip of the iceberg . They refuse to give me the bosses contact details and cant give me the number of the roadworthy centre (Jetpark) that issued the certificate. Be very careful.
