I have been insured with Santam for many years and gave notice of cancellation of my policy in December 2024 . My policy was paid in full for the month of December 2024 and I received no refund. My one truck had an accident and they approved a breakdown to tow my vehicle (Claim no 301164399) It is now 11 Feb 2025 and after having paid R8192.05 for my December policy amount they are not honouring my claim .
I rented a car and they took a R12 000 deposit off my debit card when the car was hired on 2 October 2022. I returned the car on 5th October and my vehicle inspection sheet no 138792 . I phoned the call centre and spoke to Omalema and he would not give me a reference number and said I must use his extension as a reference 50-67.He promised to sort out that my R12 000 deposit is retuned last week . Today on 11 October he apologized for having forgot to do what he promised . I am not a bank that lends money , you guys need to stop being so late in returning the clients deposits . I also see that you "Thrifty" don't reply to Hello Peter complaints.
doing a credit card application with Capitec bank is like pulling teeth , extremely frustrating , you can never get hold of the person you are dealing with as you have to go through the call centre. I have been dealing with Luzuko Mkalipi and he has not had the courtesy to reply to my emails. Very poor service.
I was helping my mother try and change the number used for her OTP at a tymebank kiosk in Queenstown and it wont read her fingerprints . We spoke to a guy via the phone who promised to phone us back , which never materialized. My mother now cant access her funds??
I purchased a sim card from Vodacom to use for a new banking account to serve as a OTP sim . It was deleted due to inactivity and I went to a branch in Queenstown and they told me it is their property and it can NEVER be returned to me??
Two of my data contracts were renewed without my permission . and I have been trying to cancel it since 23 June 2021 and it is impossible . Truworths do not check the deatails of their members who are opening accounts. A ms E Mapa opened an account at Truworths and gave my cell number as her number . Ms E Pama has obviously defaulted on her payments and for 4 years I have been harrased by debt collectors . Nandipha Mawetswana who I contacted on 25th Jan at 13h17 is also passing the buck by promising to escalate the issue and her supervisor will phone me. Eventually Nandipha says I am off their list , but the debt collectors list is not her problem , it is mine. Truworths does not verify clients details and then passes this incorrect information to debt collectors .
My son Robert Miles bought a phone online from Vodacom as he was advised to because they trying limit walk in at the shop. On 8 th December he bought a Huawei P40 Lite 5G The dual sim was not working , neither was he advised that it was not google play store compatible. He contacted Vodacom within the required timeframe after receiving the phone. His ref no is 0051030d2573cb72 He spoke to Meshak who said they have arranged for a courier to collect the phone , which never happened . He is paying monthly for the phone and has a dud phone .
I am trying to help my son login to Dotsure and it is impossible to reset your password or phone for help and there is no help in the FAQ section for password reset and no call centre number , very frustrating.
