The most disgusting service ever. My parcel has been sitting in their local depot for two weeks. They lie in the tracking and say they were unable to contact me…they haven’t even tried once. There is NO response on their phone numbers or WhatsApp. I have NEVER known such bad courier service in my life. It is a disgrace.

Booked in to airlink flight in Johannnesburg after an international flight arrival. My carry on case was with me the whole way. After boarding the stewardess told me the cabin bin was too small for my case and she told me that she would give it to the cargo personnel who then took it down the steps to load in the cargo hold. She asked me if there was any medicines I may need on the flight in the case. I told her I had valuables in the case. I was given no choice but to hand the case over. I watched her hand the case down the stairs to a man who filled out the ticket. He handed it over to another person who took it to the back as far as I could see through the window. Note it was the second last case loaded. On arrival in Nelspruit I waited a long time for my case and eventually had to query where my case was. A gentleman went to the back and after a while he came back with my case. I was suspicious seeing as it was the second last to be loaded in Johannesburg, but didn’t come out of the plane in nelspruit until I queried its whereabouts. After I met my wife inside the airport I opened my case to check everything. It was a jumble inside and All my money was gone!! USD 980.00 plus Iraqi Dinar and R650.00. And of course, no one knew anything. Note that this case was always with me until this flight when the stewardess insisted I give it to her to put in cargo. Police at the airport in nelspruit did nothing. The airlink desk entered a report on the computer. No one would go to the plane on the tarmac or question and check the people who had unloaded the bags from the plane. Nothing was done to try and find who had taken it or where it was. I am taking this to the police and will open a case of theft against the airline, including fingerprints on the suitcase locking mechanisms. Question: is this a syndicate of staff working together???? Travellers beware…. Your luggage is not safe on airlink. Why don’t they have cameras in the cargo hold etc.
I bought one of your units on the 19th June 2023. The day it arrived we had to send it back for repairs as it wasn’t working. All the way from nelspruit. Since then it has only worked on occasion and now doesn’t work at all and I get no answer from you. Not a dam Word!!! No reply and no answers. !!!
The most disgusting service ever!!! Have not paid out my dads funeral policy and dont even bother getting back to me. I have been trying for over a week to get this sorted, They are absolutely useless!!!!!!! Dont even bother getting funeral cover then as these guys wont pay out. Have sent them all the forms requested and needed. twice..to numerous email addresses. nothing!!!!!!
My parcel has been stuck at TNT warehouse for TWO WEEKS!!! I have phoned 5 times and each time I get different person. They dont even bother to phone me back. I have given them my email 5 times so that they can send an invoice to me (I dont know why as it is a NCV parcel). I have paid R5600.00 shipping costs to TNT to bring this parcel to SA. This service is disgusting. NOW this afternoon NOT ONE OF THEIR NUMBERS CONNECT THROUGH. Telkom computer informs me the customer service number is unreachable and the other one no longer exists. I AM LIVID> I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN EVER!!!!! This is disgusting service.
I bought a 3000 liter diesel tanker from Countrywide Truck Sales. It was advertised as a brand new tank on it. Cash sale. On taking ownership of the tanker it was found that the tank is old, filthy and rusty, has contaminated 3000 liters of diesel, the pump was faulty and back to front, among other faults. They do not return my calls or get back to me with any solutions, they refuse to take my calls. I have no alternative but to go the hard route through lawyers and sue for everything. Will take longer and be more costly than if they had responded decently, but they seem to be shysters and refuse to even take my calls. I have seen another bad review for them as well. I would advise everyone to stay away from them. They do not seem reputable at all. A serious no-go company.
