I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Coursiv.
I enrolled in an AI course for one week and paid the stated fee for that period. I completed what I needed within that time. The very next day, Coursiv debited $40 from my account without my permission or authorisation.
There was no clear warning, no consent given, and no justification for this charge. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, and I have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of customer support is unacceptable.
After this happened, I looked up reviews and was alarmed to see many other users reporting the exact same issue — unexpected charges and ignored refund requests. This appears to be a pattern, not an isolated mistake.
I would strongly caution anyone considering Coursiv to read the fine print very carefully and monitor your bank account closely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.
