Alarming experience with Coursiv
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Coursiv. I enrolled in an AI course for one week and paid the stated fee for that period. I completed what I needed within that time. The very next day, Coursiv debited $40 from my account without my permission or authorisation. There was no clear warning, no consent given, and no justification for this charge. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, and I have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of customer support is unacceptable. After this happened, I looked up reviews and was alarmed to see many other users reporting the exact same issue — unexpected charges and ignored refund requests. This appears to be a pattern, not an isolated mistake. I would strongly caution anyone considering Coursiv to read the fine print very carefully and monitor your bank account closely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

Poor service!
Extremely poor service! I wanted information on whether a small drone and a CPAP machine should be in the cabin luggage or booked in, for a flight on FlySafair. I have been waiting now for 24 hours on feedback, but I have not received any advice. I am communicating with an agent on WhatsApp, but his/her's only response so far is "still awaiting feedback". We are departing in less that 24 hours, and I still don't know where these items should be packed. Pathetic.

Exceptional service!
I have had exceptional service from Poggenpoel Diamond Jewellers on two occasions. Both rings were manufactured exactly to my specifications, and are absolutely stunning! The service was excellent, very friendly and professional. I can absolutely recommend the company without any doubt. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
