Coursiv
Based on recent customer reviews, Coursiv receives praise for its well-structured AI courses, clear lessons, and practical learning experiences that help users apply skills to real tasks like content planning and image generation. However, a significant number of dissatisfied customers report serious billing transparency issues, citing hidden recurring subscriptions disguised as once-off purchases. Refund requests are frequently denied or ignored, and customer support is described as unresponsive. Several reviewers warn that course content is basic and freely available elsewhere, making the subscription charges feel unjustified.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Coursiv. I enrolled in an AI course for one week and paid the stated fee for that period. I completed what I needed within that time. The very next day, Coursiv debited $40 from my account without my permission or authorisation. There was no clear warning, no consent given, and no justification for this charge. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, and I have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of customer support is unacceptable. After this happened, I looked up reviews and was alarmed to see many other users reporting the exact same issue — unexpected charges and ignored refund requests. This appears to be a pattern, not an isolated mistake. I would strongly caution anyone considering Coursiv to read the fine print very carefully and monitor your bank account closely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

Misleading Billing and Unclear Subscription Activation – Refund Unreasonably Refused I am posting this complaint to warn other consumers about my experience with Coursiv.io and to highlight serious concerns about their billing transparency. I enrolled in a 28-day challenge / 4-week plan on behalf of a friend. Due to an error during registration, the account was created using my email address. The intention was to purchase a once-off 4-week programme, not an ongoing subscription. After the initial payment was made, an ongoing subscription was activated and additional charges were processed. At no point was it clearly communicated to me, in a prominent or unambiguous way, that a recurring subscription would be activated. When I contacted Coursiv.io to explain the situation and request a refund, my request was refused. From a reasonable consumer’s perspective, the billing process was confusing and insufficiently transparent. While terms and conditions may exist, I believe that recurring subscriptions should be clearly highlighted and actively confirmed by the customer before any additional charges are processed. The fact that this transaction was done on behalf of a friend and under my email address further complicated the situation, yet this context was not meaningfully considered in their response. I find it unacceptable that a company offering digital services relies on unclear billing mechanisms and then refuses to assist when customers raise legitimate concerns. I have requested: • Immediate cancellation of the subscription • A refund of the additional charges • Clearer and more ethical communication of subscription terms I am sharing this experience to encourage other consumers to exercise caution when signing up with Coursiv.io and to carefully scrutinise all payment and subscription details. This complaint reflects my personal experience and opinion as a consumer.

I gained quite a bit of knowledge on AI tools and got to create my own images using the prompts that Coursiv taught me. Definitely would recommend it

Coursiv is genuinely helpful and easy to use. The lessons are clear, well-structured, and don’t feel overwhelming, even when the topic is new. I like that everything is explained in a practical way, so you can actually apply what you learn instead of just reading theory.

Coursiv is a great learning platform that makes studying clear, practical, and motivating. The courses are well-structured, easy to follow, and focused on real skills you can actually use. I especially liked how the lessons are concise but informative, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Overall, Coursiv is a solid choice for anyone who wants to learn efficiently and grow with confidence.

Beware this is not only a very basic platform which is hard to navigate - when you purchase your "once off" subscription you are actually signing up for a subscription which will be debited every 4 weeks. You cannot cancel the subscription you did not sign up for on their platform either and the only way to cancel said subscription is through email. I disputed two months transactions separately and they refused to refund me and offered a "50% partial refund for the last transaction" as a way to address my concerns. I did not authorise any subscription to begin with and disgusted that as the client who has been duped and I have to deal with all the administration with the bank to deal with a dispute. You will find more useful courses directly through each channel they have on their "course" and really not worth the headache.
