Rude and aggressive owner and son

What despicable service
Terrible and slow internet despite the promises. But what is worst is that the support is despicable. Cannot get hold of anybody to assist. Been over two weeks I am trying to get hold of someone. Am gonna cancel service

Watch out for after sales service.
Took my coffee maker in for a service. They want to charge me R650.00 just to bring unit in (that is me driving to them and carrying the unit in myself). Then a charge to assess and quote and then another charge to do the repairs or service. What on earth??????

Aftersales a ripoff
Please don't purchase. Their aftersales service is a ripoff. I asked them to come in and check a washing machine and TV that were giving issues. To send out one techinician to the same premises, they want to charge two call out fees. Disgusting. Go with LG

Concerned and dissappointed
I am a Doctor and am concerned at what this medical aid is doing to its members. I recently had a patient with a legitimate need for a theatre procedure that this medical aid just refused to authorise. I wrote two letters of motivation explaining the situation and did not even receive a response. The procedure was just declined. I happen to be a member of this medical aid. I certainly will be changing asap. They claim to be a high end service dealing with professionals only. If this is the way they treat professionals then I advise a serious relook into investing/insuring with these Profmed and by association PPS.

Just another fly by night
I hired these guys to repair and construct a building for me. Almost Half a bar down the line......Absolutely shoddy workmanship. Excuses for everything.
