Horrible Experience, Poor Quality, and Unprofessional Service—Lost My Money
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Minit Print Centurion for a label printing job, and I would strongly advise others to go elsewhere. Firstly, they missed the deadline: after paying in full upfront, they completely missed my order for an entire week. I had to follow up, and only then was the order rushed. The product is unusable: when I collected the labels, the quality was appalling. The font was unreadable, and the printing quality was so poor the labels are completely unusable for their intended purpose. Lost my money: Considering I had to pay beforehand, it is shocking that a print shop would not ensure the final product is usable. I have effectively lost my entire payment due to their poor quality control and lack of attention to detail. Unprofessional Staff: To make matters worse, one of the technical staff members exhibited a very unprofessional and negative attitude when I inquired about the issues. I cannot recommend this print shop. Avoid if you expect quality and professional service.

Disrespectful owner at Minit Print Centurion
Minit Print Centurion! The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was no professionalism or courtesy — just an unpleasant attitude. Both the owner and her son treated us with disrespect. I had originally planned to place a larger order, but after the way I was treated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Minit Print Centurion! The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was no professionalism or courtesy — just an unpleasant attitude. Both the owner and her son treated us with disrespect. I had originally planned to place a larger order, but after the way I was treated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Disappointment
I went to Minitprint in Lynwood to go and print the banner but I was told to send an email with the logo, which I did, up until today I am still waiting, was it because is an HIV banner, like I am so disappointed Anette <anette@minitprint.co.za> Apr 24, 2024, 3:28 PM to me Good day Mosima, I received the email. Disappointment

I would like to acknowledge the personnel from Minit Print Pretoria North. Their service is always professional and friendly. They always go the extra mile and I would recommend them for any print project.

Rude saleslady
Got the worst service of my life from Minit print in Pretoria North. I was made to wait for over two hours for my order to be cut up in to A6 flyers and when I checked after 2 hours of rudely being told told to wait up for my order. I was told to wait some more.
