I am admitted from the 10th of August to date . the treatment that I am getting here is really frustrating ,here are the following things that happened Food we eat is on another level, it is old food Not forgetting the toilet rolls in the bathrooms Sister Precious who was in charge on the 16th because I did ECT they brought food and was very cold, the lady that I sleep with is the one who went to warm the food, After coming from ECT my blood pressure was not monitored as per procedure. Sister Loreta working night shift and her staff, on the 16th I was in pain ,I went to ask for the pain medication, she then told me that it is because I have a very high blood pressure and there is nothing she can do about it and they were supposed to give me medication but she said she can not help me with anything, I then called my Dr. Pillay as I was in pain then said I must give Loreta the phone, then when she brought back the phone she did not knock and threw my phone on the bed then she left and tell me DR says if it does not go down I must go to the general hospital. She then came back and rudely told me about the medication she is giving and talked looking at the other direction. As she went out she banged our door and my room mate had a panic attack and we were afraid to ask for help because she was rude to us. The other issue with sister Loreto is that she touches our pills with her hands when issuing them and that is not hygienic that is not allowed. The fact that it happen in front of her stuff today they are giving me the cold shoulder. Then Sister Lydique also the same thing this morning when I was in pain in the room I asked for medication then she came back and gave me the medication however there was hostility coming from her because she was insisting that it is my blood pressure causing the problems whilst they were not monitoring me as they were supposed as professionals that they are. In a nutshell Sister Loreta and Sister Lydique including their staff were abusive to me and some other patients.
I took the car to the Sasol car wash at Hatfield, Pretoria, but the vehicle was not cleaned properly. I have shown them before I leave, and then they say I must bring it back for a rewash. Then I had a funeral, and then I was gone for the whole week. Monday, when I went back to wash, the supervisor told me that he could not talk to me but that the guy who washed my car must do it I then went into the shop to look for the manager to assist me. He came out he was worst than the Supervisors The customer care that I got from him was so awful, especially the body language; I felt bul**** because I am a woman.
The consultants are busy calling me daily telling me the same thing, the only thing I want is for my car to be fixed, can that be done as soon as possible, the fact that I have been with you from 2016 to date but you are complaining about one premium that was not deducted as I said previously that if they claim they send me email and message, did they call me to make sure that I have received the message or not, this is really unacceptable,
I have been with Momentum for more than 10 years, so last month January according to them they did not get the premium, I was involved in an accident Monday and Tuesday, They asked me to take the cars for assessment when I arrived there I was told I could not drive the car the way it was, I requested the courtesy can which was declined due to one premium that was not paid, yesterday they deducted the money, what do I do in this case, I am so disappointed with every thing and I want my car to be fixed,

There is a lady called Vanessa at Wonderboom who deals with returns, the customer service I got from her was terrible, she sent me to the other till then when I was there she started screaming at me in front of everyone who was at the till and other people around If that's the treatment one gets in your shop then I am disappointed
I went to Pick n Pay Hyper on Friday the 6th of December, to get a refund on the items I bought, the lady who helped me was Maria, she was very funny to such an extent that when she was doing the refund she threw money, I have even asked her if she was done and with the long face she said yes, this is very disappointing, especially at the return counter, I felt that there was no customer service at all
We have booked from the 29th to the 3rd of Nov, when I stepped in it was smelling of urine, the rooms are not what I saw on the booking.com,the receptionist was the security who had no idea of what was happening, all I want is my refund the must stop lying to people and selling what they don't have
