Horrible Experience, Poor Quality, and Unprofessional Service—Lost My Money
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Minit Print Centurion for a label printing job, and I would strongly advise others to go elsewhere. Firstly, they missed the deadline: after paying in full upfront, they completely missed my order for an entire week. I had to follow up, and only then was the order rushed. The product is unusable: when I collected the labels, the quality was appalling. The font was unreadable, and the printing quality was so poor the labels are completely unusable for their intended purpose. Lost my money: Considering I had to pay beforehand, it is shocking that a print shop would not ensure the final product is usable. I have effectively lost my entire payment due to their poor quality control and lack of attention to detail. Unprofessional Staff: To make matters worse, one of the technical staff members exhibited a very unprofessional and negative attitude when I inquired about the issues. I cannot recommend this print shop. Avoid if you expect quality and professional service.

Home deliveries- Complete fail
Due to a lack of competency and honesty after placing an online order for home delivery, the courier company attempted 1 single delivery (or so they say as no one even phoned to say they were at the gate), Ackerman's decided its a complete fail and they rerouted the delivery to their store for collection. Then they claim they were there twice more on the courier service website but no one showed up, and still no delivery company even tried to contact me during this whole exercise to try and deliver my parcel either. Pathetic service.

Don't take what is not yours!
Didn't receive everything I've paid for without being refunded. The most shocking part of it all was that I had explain the whole online shopping procedure to one of their consultants. This is the second time this has happened.

Shocking service
I ordered essentials as a mothers day gift on the 4th of April. There was some technical issues and the website stated, at latest the order will be shipped within 14 days. 19 working days later and I am still waiting. Don't make empty promises. And don't advertise a service you obviously don't have the capacity to execute!

There was some technical issues and it was promised by the CEO that at latest the order will be shipped within 14 days. 19 working days later and I am still waiting. Don't make empty promises. And don't advertise a service you obviously don't have the capacity to execute!

I needed meds for my newborn and used express delivery (within 24hrs). It has been 48 hrs and I am still waiting and I live in Midrand.
