I received my first Pfizer vaccine on 08 July 2021 at the discovery site at the Gallagher estate-Midrand. Unfortunately, the nurse (Junior Noko) logged that I received Jhonson and Jhonson instead of Pfizer. She told me that the logged mistake would be corrected, but when I came to get the second dose on 21 August 2021, I found out that the logged vaccination data had not been sorted out yet. On the same day, I received the second shot of the Pfizer vaccine. Again, I was assured that they would correct logged info, but unfortunately, I could not receive the correct vaccination certificate until today. In November, I contacted discovery and covid government administration. Still, the issue has not been sorted as the government department told me to contact discovery and discovery to contact the government health department. I contacted a nurse who made a mistake with logging, and she sent me a JJ vaccination certificate, which is incorrect and told me it doesn’t matter; at least I have a certificate. I went to Gallagher estate and found out that this covid vaccination site was closed.

Hi, I'm looking for some help with my vaccination certificate, everything went well with my first jab however when I went for my second one ,my vaccination site and several other sites weren't able to locate me on their EVDS system. Regardless I received my second vaccination a month ago despite the problems and was told by several workers from the covid hotline that there was nothing they could do to help me out and that they would put in an escalation , it's been four weeks now I haven't even received a phone call or email from them. Need help urgently ,leaving the country soon and need the vaccine certificate to enter the country. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good day. Today I went for the free covid vaccine in suikerbosrand hospital heidelberg gauteng because I received a notification sms telling me to go today the 24th sept but turns out because its a public holiday they do not do any vaccinations! They literally wasted my entire day and my petrol and everyones time and energy involved! This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable!!! This is exactly the kind of B******T why people refuse to want to go for vaccinations because doctors and nurses simply do not care. The Doctors and nurses now have no right to complain about the laods of covid sick patients entering hospitals because they themselves make it difficult and make people not wanting to get the vaccine with their do not give a damn attitudes when a person actually wants to go for the vaccine! They dont even send out smses apologizing for the incorrect notifications they simply let thousands of people go to hospitals to get vaccinated just to get turned away like these peoples time and petrol is a joke to them! They even laughed like it was a joke and then they got very annoyed when they saw my reaction that they wasted my entire day en petrol for nothing. They should know not to force people to go for vaccinations on public holidays when they do not work on public holidays!! Clearly this was a sick prank and joke to them! This is exactly why people will not get vaccinated!

1. MY WIFE AND ME HAVE BEEN REGISTERED TO GET OUR VACCINATION . BOTH ON THE 15TH BUT AT DIFFERENT PLACES. I NEED TO DROP HER OFF AND THEN DRIVE 30 KM TO MY ALLOCATED VENUE AND THEN BACK AGAIN. I PHONED THE HOTLINE TO SEE IF THEY CANNOT CHANGE THE VENUES SO THAT WE CAN HAVE OURS AT THE SAME PLACE. SORRY BUT IT IS A SYSTEM GENERATED ALLOCATION AND THEY CANNOT ASSIST. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS HOTLINE THEN. USELESS AS GOVERMENT. 2. MY SON 34 YEARS IS DISABLED AND I ENQUIRED IF ANY PROVISIONS FOR DISABLED PERSONS ARE MADE REGARDING VACCINATION SO THAT WE COULD TAKE HIM ALONG WITH US WHEN WE WILL GO FOR VACCINATION. WAS TOLD - YES SIR WE MADE PROVISIONS FOR DISABLED BUT HE MUST WAIT TILL HIS AGE GROUP ARE REGISTERED. SO WHAT PROVISIONS ARE MADE? . HE MUST WAIT TILL THE RIGHT AGE GROUP WILL BE ANNOUNCED. 3.
